GE perma-cell rechargeable batteries

General Electric (GE) perma-cell rechargeable batteries
These are the first rechargeable batteries we had. They are from the early 1970s and I suspect that they were the firsts rechargeable batteries on the market. They were stored in a box for age and guess what... they still can be recharged but they don't hold there power as originally of course. I've tried to find pictures of them on the web unsuccessfully so I've classified them as rareties to be viewed. Being a consumable item, I doubt that there's much of these left in homes.
